GOOD NEWS !! I HAVE been able to lay down MATS inside the Gateway of the Dog Park to allow you to turn your vehicle safely inside that space without getting stuck.
                                                   Please park inside the Dog Park.

I have created a safe turning area on the left between the Yellow Gate and the Green Dog Park Gate, so you can turn there before accessing the Dog Park.

Do NOT obstruct the Yellow Gate or track into the Camping Field and Dog Park.

Camping vehicles will be arriving and departing frequently through the Yellow Gate

How many dogs can I bring ?

2 Booking rates - 
1. up to 4 dogs are welcome per booking.
2. up to 10 dogs are welcome per booking.

I am going to arrive later than the time my booking starts, what can I do ?

Still arrive and use the remaining time - Please exit at the correct time.

Which breeds of dog are not accepted ?

We do not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino and Fila Brasileiro)

Where can I deposit bagged dog waste ?

Accepted Answer

You can deposit the bagged dog waste in the Designated Waste Bin inside the green gated entrance to the Dog Park.

Only bagged dog waste - Please dispose of all other waste elsewhere.

Is fresh drinking water available for dogs and humans ?

Yes, there is a  tap for fresh drinking water for both Dogs and humans available inside the Dog Park during non frost season April to end September.

During frost season fresh drinking water is available from inside the Camping Toilet block. You can drive or walk there. Dogs on leads please if you walk there with them.

Is a toilet available for humans ?

Yes, there are toilets available for humans to use in the Camping Toilet block.
You can drive or walk there, if you walk with the dogs please put them on their leads.

If my dog is unwell can I still bring them ?

Accepted Answer

No, as a responsible dog owner, please do not bring unwell dogs with kennel cough, sickness or diarrhoea.

Can I bring an unvaccinated dog ?

No, please do not bring dogs whose vaccinations are not up to date.

How high is the surrounding fence ?

Accepted Answer

The fence surrounding the Dog Park is 5ft 8 inches tall. If you think your dog can jump that height then this Dog Park will not be suitable.

Question 11

My dog barks a lot, is this a place where I can let them do this ?

Please be mindful of noise and manage any excessive barking as the Dog Park is inside one end of the Camping Field.

Question 12

Can I use the Dog Park if I refuse to pick up my Dog's Poo ??

NO, you will not be allowed to use the Dog Park if you refuse to pick up and dispose of your Dog's Poo.
I have a camera at the entrance and the ability to use the booking information to work out who is not picking up. 
I encourage customers to let me know if they find poo when they arrive, so it is only a matter of time until I find you ! Sadly there are still some customers NOT picking up !
I also walk all around inside the Dog Park most days, so it is only a matter of time until your ban comes into force !

This is a shared facility and none of us want to have a Park festooned in signs or littered with dog poo !
On a positive note you are in the minority !!

I have arrived early what do I do  ?

If you arrive early please do not allow your dog to run along the fence whilst other dogs are still being exercised  as this may upset them.
Please just stay on the other side of the Yellow Gate until those customers have left.

What is the total area of the Dog Park ?

The Dog Park measures 1 acre or 4,046 square metres in total area.
